The office/den is a private detached quarter with a half bath. The main level master suite has double doors to the courtyard and pool. Second bedroom suite upstairs with full bath. One car garage, two bikes that can be used for a short ride to the beach or Legacy Trail, plus two paddle boards that can be launched at Blackburn Point Park, 2 miles away. Nokomis and North Jetty are less than 4 miles or 8-minute drive.
The renovated fully supplied kitchen has gas cooking, granite counters, and bar seating. Outside BBQ. Walk-in shower in master bath. Quite and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to Breakfast Cottage and Waterfront Too. Close to downtown Venice, Sarasota and Siesta Key. Oscar Scherer State Park, Legacy Trail less than a mile away. Publix, Aldi, Traders Joes, Detwiler’s and Starbucks near by. Paddle board to Casey Key or Spanish Point Tiki bars for drinks. About the host

My husband and I are originally from Maryland. We lived in California for several years before moving to Florida to be closer to family. We love bike riding down Casey Key to the beach or the Legacy trail to downtown Venice. We also enjoy being on the water with our paddle boards and love to take them to Casey Key Fish House or Spanish Point Tiki Bar. In the past few years, we have spent a lot of hours renovating the house and landscaping.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very walkable. Close to Venice, Sarasota, Shopping at UTC, and 75. A short walk to the Breakfast Cottage/ Waterfront Too or a 2-minute drive to Rosebuds, Blackburn Point or Oscar Scherer State Park.

The very private courtyard pool, wooden front door, lush landscape, and private office space are some of the reasons we love this house.
