Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, Keurig and drip coffee makers, tea kettle, toaster, blender.

4 beach chairs, umbrella, 6 beach towels provided

A starter set of soaps, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, dish pods, trash bags is provided. Visit nearby Wall-mart or Publix if you need to purchase more.

All 3 bedrooms and living room have a smart TV. Bring your own passwords for your favorite streaming services.

Nice new home not far from beach

We really enjoyed our stay. House is a new area and just like the pictures. Host has all the stuff you need for the beach. A few things to note there was no dishwashing liquid so make sure you bring some. There were pods for the dishwasher, but I am referring to if you wanted to hand wash something pretty quick. Also, the knives are on the inside of the cabinet by the refrigerator. Took us forever to find them LOL. Floors needed to be mopped but nothing major, the bottom of our feet were a little dirty lol...We would definitely stay here again. :)
