Charming 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom ski house in downtown Lincoln, 2 minutes to the South Peak chair lift at Loon Mountain and walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and shopping! Enjoy an outdoor deck complete with a grill and hot tub with views of the South Peak slopes. Additional screened in porch in the front of the home. On the main level you find an updated kitchen, dining area, and living room with media center. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. A quick drive to Clarks Trained Bears, The Whales Tale waterpark, Alpine Adventures Zipline, Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway.
