Escape to the beautiful Poconos and enjoy the ultimate vacation experience in our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Our home is fully equipped with a great entertainment space, a hot tub, fire pit, and fireplace for cozy nights in. Perfect for large or multiple families or big groups, our home is centrally located in a quiet lake community filled with amenities like swimming, beach volleyball, boating, and fishing. Walk into the main entrance into the open concept living room with 20' ceilings and full kitchen with breakfast bar. The dining area is filled with windows and natural light, just off the kitchen and has seating for 10 guests. The 1st floor entertainment space has movie theatre style seating complete with Amazaon streaming services, video games, ping pong table and indoor basektball game.
There's one bedroom and one full bathroom with stand-up shower plus a laundry area on the first floor. This bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bathroom being the ensuite to the master bedroom.
The exterior boasts a large front and side deck with pleanty of seating, great for viewing nature and grilling on our propane BBQ grill. The rear yard has a hot tub and firpit plus some trails to go for a little hike.

Guests will have access to the entire property. Community amenties such as beach and pool access require a badge from the welcome center. $20 per person for 1-day pass. $30 for 3-day pass. 7-day pass $50. This fee is paid by the guest if you choose to use the community amenities.

Your host will be available for the duration of your stay.

Emerald Lakes, PA is a picturesque community nestled in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. Surrounded by lush forests and sparkling lakes, it's the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Popular nearby attractions include the Camelback Ski Resort, Kalahari Waterpark, Mount Airy Golf & Casino, and the Pocono Raceway. Visitors can enjoy hiking, boating, fishing, and skiing, as well as scenic drives through the beautiful countryside. With its natural beauty and abundance of activities, Emerald Lakes and the Poconos are a must-see destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

You can walk the streets but driving is easier to get to the community amenities.

Emerald Lakes Community offers lake and beach access during the summer months. There's an indoor heated pool plus an outdoor pool (closed at Labor Day and opens on Memorial day) for your use. The community center is open daily and includes a bar & grill, arcade, playground, baseball field, volleyball court and tennis court.
You can rent a boat or bring your own and go fishing. There's a $10 boat registration fee for your own boat and there are not gas mototrs allowed, electric only. All fishing in PA requires a fishing license which costs about $30 and is easily attained by visiting the PA Fish & Boat Commission website. There are plenty of bass and other fish. Catch and release only.

The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.

-Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

-Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

-The property is within Emerald Lakes Association (ELA). Guests over the age of 16 will need a valid ELA amenity pass, a current PA fishing license as well as an ELA fishing permit to fish any of ELA’s lakes. All ELA lakes are catch-and-release. ELA fishing permits can be purchased at the Administration Office or the Community Center. Please have your fishing permit, as well as your amenities pass on you while enjoying our lakes.

-This property is located within a community that requires the registration of guests and vehicles for entry and access to amenities. While we will never ask for your ID, please note that upon arrival at the community gates or welcome center, staff/security may request to see IDs for validation purposes.

-Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.
