Cozy and adorable 100-year old bungalow with original hardwood floors, newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, and expansive outdoor space for true Florida living. New impact glass windows allow for plenty of natural light while providing a quiet and serene escape. New washer and dryer to lighten your packing load, with plenty of fresh towels and linens for your stay.
Located in the heart of St. Pete's charming Five Points / Crescent Heights / Allendale Terrace neighborhoods, you are convenient to both downtown and the beach, and walkable to Trader Joe's, Fresh Market, Publix, and many of our favorite local restaurants: El Cap (Burgers), Cali (California fare), Jay Luigi (Italian), Casual Clam (Seafood), Casita Taqueria (Latin), Pineapple Espresso (coffee/breakfast), and Squeeze (juice/coffee), and just a few blocks away from St. Pete's first Whole Foods Market, opening early 2024!
Plan your restorative retreat with a 10-minute walk to Coffee Pot Park Bayou (manatee, dolphin, and bird watching), the starting point for North Bay Trail (6-mile paved walking/biking path from Coffee Pot Park to downtown along the water), and only steps away from Body Electric Yoga. A short drive takes you to top-rated beaches: Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, and our favorite - Pass A Grille, home of the famous Don CeSar hotel.
