Great home & location for long stay!

We loved our 2-month stay at the Juniper Coastal Home. The home was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and the location was hard to beat. A short walk into town and an even shorter walk to the beach. Amazing place!

Month stay in Feb

Pros: The unit is very large and roomy. There are two bedrooms on the main level and two extra sleeping areas upstairs. It is near the train but with the windows closed, the noise wasn't a problem. The location is less than two blocks from the beach which made it easy to walk down for the sunset on many evenings. Cons: Check-in was difficult. We were not given the gate code and then the door code was incorrect. This required two phone calls with a wait of 15 minutes on hold. The unit had some essentials such as sugar and salt and pepper, but it lacked many common kitchen items like a chef's knife and spatula. The microwave was broken and they came within a couple of days and provided another one. The bathroom and linens were clean, however, the dishes in the kitchen were dirty and the carpet was very dirty. The deck furniture and outdoor rug were covered in mounds of wet dog hair. The management company kindly gave us some money for our inconvenience since we spent our first hours vacuuming and washing the dishes. Although the check-in and first days were challenging, since we were there for a month, we were able to settle in, and we did enjoy our stay. We would consider coming back.
