Stylish Luxury Gilbert Home + Heated Pool
Located in the heart of beautiful Gilbert, our 3500 sq ft home has been completely renovated with a modern vibe and is close to so much! Our home is situated on the Greenfield Lakes Golf Course!
Our home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with HEATED POOL (**November through April**), built-in bbq, a large patio, and super fast high-speed internet (100 mbps +).
The Greenfield Lakes Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course with a lighted driving range open 7 days a week until 10 pm. The course is a fun and challenging par 62 Gilbert golf course.
NO EVENTS.
If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house.
**Pool is heated from November 1st through April to around 85 degrees at no additional cost to you! (If the outside temperature falls below 55 degrees we cannot guarantee the pool will hold its 85-degree temperature)**
Our home is fully furnished and has everything you will need to have an amazing stay (linens, towels, cooking items, etc) Guests have full use of the outdoor pool area, multiple sitting, lounge, and dining areas. Brand new modern renovation and design!
KITCHEN: Our kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances. There is a toaster oven, stove, and oven for you to use. No dishwasher. No dishwasher. It is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cups, coffee mugs, flatware, wine glasses, and cocktail glasses.
LIVING & DINING ROOM: We wanted to create a space where everyone would want to gather, whether it is at the spacious dining table or the cozy downstairs seating around the 60" TV for watching sports, TV, or movies or the upstairs seating area around the 50" TV.
