Beautiful property, lack of info

This is a beautiful property in North Naples. However the street is currently under construction as new pipes are being installed. Every day construction begins around 7:30 AM. The driveway is partially torn up. We were unable to leave the property one morning of our stay due to construction blocking the driveway. Also the home next door (east side) is currently under construction, so noise, etc. Things we did love: 1. The house is new and in excellent condition 2. Large gathering spaces 3. All bedrooms have king beds 4. Large very nice kitchen/family/dining space 5. Abundant towels, blankets, and pillows 6. 3 baths have walk-in showers Things that could be better: 1. No information or booklet of info for things like trash pickup, how to use features of the home, etc. Only thing provided was lock code and wifi login 2. No kettle in the kitchen for heating water for tea or other hot beverages 3. Front bedroom not large enough for king bed, difficult to open dresser and closet doors 4. Several new construction problems, fan remotes falling out of walls due to no screw anchors, garage door stop with same issue, loose outlet in master bathroom. Things to know: Hot water is provided by a 50 gallon electric tank. Large families will need to plan accordingly. Cooktop is induction type.
