About this property
Vivenda Nirvana 5 min from the beach
You have at your disposal 2 bedrooms, 1 pleasant living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and a complete kitchen opening onto the patio of the property.
The house was recently restored with care to keep the authenticity of the family resort, built by the grandfather of the current owner who describes it so well:
'Nirvana! It was the feeling of spiritual liberation, peace and happiness that my grandparents felt when they found this paradise during one of their walks in Guincho. Overlooking the sea and the mountains, next to the pine forest, they have idealized a refuge for their weekends and holidays. It took a lot of donkeys to transport the building materials that were going to build Villa Nirvana because there was no road to get there... 70 years later, we continue to be amazed by this landscape that offers incredible sunrises and sunsets, the chirping of birds and the constant sound of trees dancing with the wind...and just 5 minutes from the Guincho beach!

Ideal for family stays, you have 1 bedroom with a 160cm double bed and 1 bedroom with 91cm beds. The patio is large, where you can take your meals or relax after a day at the beach.
Enjoy the vast authentic garden with the vegetation of this environment near the sea, which is carefully maintained every week.
