Cozy!

My stay was very short, one night. The place is very nice and cozy. Very clean. Small as advertised. An experience I was looking forward to! The negative things I would say are that the dishes need to be done by hand, no dish clothes, and the garbage needs taking out, yet there is an envelope for tips.

The property was modern and very clean. The house design is very comfortable. We would stay here again during a future trip. The only inconveniences were the lack of dish soap for washing dishes, and the HVAC system did not respond quickly enough to thermostat adjustments. Furthermore, one neighbor was playing loud music late during one evening. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

Very nice!

Great little “cabin”. Nice new furniture, clean, comfortable, has basic but fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps up to 8, but is probably most comfortable for max 2 couples (2 bedrooms w/ queen beds) + max 2 kids/teenagers/young adults (tweens +) up in the loft room. Using the sofa bed would really stretch the capacity but it’s fine for those ok with crowed quarters for short stays. Gravel road is ok but would be nice to have a bit more landscaping around the cabin to minimize dust ups and brining in rocks or dirt inside. Also, as a suggestion, a few more items added to what was already provided would really help: trash bags (one per day, or offer to bring some as needed), in-sink garbage disposal (easy to install and makes a big difference in refuse handling), more hooks to hang stuff, hangers for the bedroom shelves that are designed to have hangers, possibly few more shelves around the walls, front porch bench/table, entry mats that help wipe shoes of rocks and dirt, working ice maker in the fridge. Again, these are just a few kindly suggestions for improvements, not meant to be complaints :). We were all very happy with the accommodations and would recommend it to friends and family, and if we are ever back for a Grand Canyon visit, we would consider staying there again. Thank you!
