This 1 bedroom condo on the 7th floor in the Veranda's on Ocean Blvd. North Myrtle Beach, SC boasts ocean views, swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river, and walkable to Main St. This newly updated unit includes a comfortable Main Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a built in double murphy bed, a spacious bathroom, and a fully furnished living room with balcony access, heating & air, and Wifi. Cable TV in Bedroom and Wifi Roku in Living Room. Must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property. No Motorcycles allowed or trailers.
The Space:
Space for cozy cooking in the kitchen area where you will find a microwave, efficiency stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and cabinet storage. The Verandas 708 is also equipped with a TV in the Main Bedroom with Cable and Living Room with Internet Roku. Laundry in unit too. Cable TV in Bedroom and Wifi Roku in Living Room.
