Quaint Lake House located on Big Barbee Lake Channel! Quiet area for rest and relaxation. There is plenty of yard space for outdoor activities. Newly renovated home that includes 2 Queen beds, full bed, and pull out couch! Nice attached deck with great views! There is an outside fire pit you can use while stargazing, spending time with loved ones, or just relaxing solo! Convenience store and lakeside restaurants within walking distance. House is located on channel. Area for parking boat trailer on property! Big Barbee is connected to 6 additional lakes! Lake life is great!!

Some details need addressed

The property was OK. Wasnt as clean as it should be. Dirt in corners of bathroom floor. Pet hair on furniture. Had a strong musty smell. Faucets in tub need replaced. Great deck to sit on.

Escape from the in-law zoo

We stayed here because mother inlaw lives right around the corner and she had a zoo full. Was nice when the rain hit we were close enough to come back to our place and get peace from everybody else. Slept in the front room and felt like I was being peeped on all weekends with no curtains.

Sweet retreat

Traveling for a baseball tourney at City- County. This property was close enough to the complex, but far enough to avoid the hustle bustle and traffic of town. Property is exactly as advertised. I could have easily given more than 5 stars on a few elements, including owner communication, check-in process and cleanliness. There was nothing we needed that was not provided. Very well remodeled and furnished. The deck is wonderful, beds were comfy (which is rare, so thank you! 😊) Thanks for a great, convenient stay!

Big Barbee Lake cottage on the channel

The cottage on the channel at Big Barbee chain of lakes was as pictured any as described. The host was responsive to questions, prior to, during, and after our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a dock right outside the back door! The back deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxing!

Great hosts and the place was very very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Very cute place with nice yard and awesome deck. We will be back to stay again when we visit family.

Very cute!

A small group of us had an event on Wawasee, and this cute little place was only a 20 min country drive away. Beautiful area, quiet and right on the channel. Beautiful sunrises! The place was very clean and checking in/out was a breeze. Very friendly hosts!

Baby shower prep area

Very nice and clean, beds were comfy. The only thing was no out let in Bathroom luckily i had brought one for my cpap machine overall was very nice .
