LOCATION:
Situated on Table Rock Lake in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, with some of the most awe-inspiring views in the USA, Branson is the jewel in Missouri’s crown.
Think of Branson and you immediately think of fun. It’s home to Silver Dollar City, one of the best theme parks in the world, White Water park with its countless attractions, and Copperhead Mountain coaster ride for an exhilarating tour of the Ozarks.

LIVING AREA
Walk into the massive open plan living area and you’re instantly greeted by the sitting area zone where there’s plenty of seating around the gas fireplace. The vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows offer endless views of Lake Table Rock beyond.
The open plan kitchen is big enough to cater for 24 guests and is fully equipped with quality appliances including two refrigerators, two dish washers, microwave, and Electric Range.
The large island offers more space for food prep and has seating for six.

DINING
The dining area, with stunning views, can accommodate up to 24 guests - perfect for hosting a family dinner or special event.

GAMES ROOM
The lower-level game room is an open plan area features a pool table foosball and a 65” SMART HDTV with Amazon Prime Video. The large sofa is perfect for lounging moments and a door leads out to the patio with a Private Hot tub and seating for Six the perfect place to take in these stunning lake views.

OUTDOORS
The views over Table Rock Lake are spectacular from a pretty special outdoor patio area that leads off from the open plan kitchen/ living area.
There’s super comfy seating for 12 guests at two outdoor dining tables with seating for twelve. The space is big, open and the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco evenings with stunning sunsets as a backdrop.
Downstairs, another patio with a Private Hot tub and seating for Six that offers a different but equally as beautiful perspective of the lake views.

The accommodation benefits from Seven Beautiful full bathrooms, one in each bedroom and two half baths. Each one is clean, modern, and kitted out with toiletries and premium towels.
