The French Secret is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom romantic cottage. The place offers a kitchen and a dining area. In addition, you can enjoy the bistro table on the front porch. Finally, there is a nice set up by the small creek with a charcoal grill, a gas fire pit and a couple hammock. The bathroom provides a 2 persons bathtub. And you can even enjoy the outdoor shower!

Amazing Mountain Getaway

This was a gem we found that was a unique and romantic trip for my wife and I. The details make it clear that every aspect was planned out and it immerses you into the French experience. We loved our stay here and plan on returning. FYI there is a walk down to the cabin that is downhill so be prepared to carry your baggage a little ways.

The French secret is truly a treasure. My Husband and I had a quick weekend stay and we will definitely be back! The setting, decor, accommodations, and location are all just perfect. Such a sweet and romantic getaway yet very accessible to the surrounding areas! The host were very responsive which made the entire experience even more delightful. Thank you.

My wife and I embarked on a romantic adventure to this delightful VRBO cabin that felt like a hidden gem straight out of a French countryside postcard. Nestled among trees, the cabin instantly transported us to a world of rustic elegance and cozy vibes.As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by charming French decor—think vintage chandeliers, delicate curtains, and a stunning collection of art that made us feel like we were in a Parisian apartment rather than a cabin in the woods. The warm, inviting atmosphere was perfect for snuggling up with a glass of wine. And let’s not forget the stunning views! The large windows framed the landscape like a painting, making every moment feel like a scene from a French film. In short, this cabin was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and French flair—a magical escape that rekindled our love and gave us a much-needed break from the daily grind. We left with our hearts full, already dreaming of our next visit! 10/10 would recommend for a romantic getaway!

Phenomenal property!

I found the French Connection while searching for a place to get away for a "mental health retreat" and it did not disappoint at all!! The peace and solitude it offered was exactly what I needed! Absolutely Amazing!

We booked this cabin for my birthday. It was beautiful and something out of a movie. I highly recommend staying here the hosts were the sweetest and most kind people. During our stay we were snowed in and unable to leave, they allowed us extra time to be able to get out and it meant the world to us. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your piece of France!

Loved the cabin. Exactly like the pictures. The only thing I would add is that you have to walk down a path to get to it so if you have lots of luggage you have to carry it down a trail. make sure you get there before dark. but otherwise it was great.

French Secret in McCaysville Ga

Beautiful, clean, well maintained property that truly lives up to its promise of transporting you to Paris. Great romantic get away! Note: the walk from the car to the cottage is a downhill, unpaved path that can be difficult for some, but we had no issues with this. It is close to the main st of town for shops and food. Highly recommend this place, and we hope to return!

It was so cutee! Me and my partner loved the bathtub so much! The details in the house was so adorable as well. Peace and quiet all around! DEFINETLY recommend :)
