About this property

New renovation, finished June 2023. Your family will be close to everything including the beach and boardwalk. Literally steps to the beach, Jenkinson’s boardwalk & aquarium and all the restaurants & family attractions.

We just finished a complete renovation, including a new kitchen, bathroom & shower, smart tv and hi-speed wifi and all new furniture. The apartment comes with your own parking spot right in front of the unit!

We also provide two (2) beach badges good for two (2) adults, additional badges can be purchased at the beach.

Open concept, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a full bathroom with standup shower. One queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy your own outdoor space with a table, chairs and relaxing bench to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard.

We hire a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.

NO PARTIES OR NOISE. This is a quiet condo complex, we ask that you respect the neighbors as your own.

GREAT PLACE

The property was VERY clean and NICE. Everything was brand new in the condo. It was the perfect space for me and my sister. Very close to the beach. Karl & Alyssa were great!! We will be coming back to stay here next year! :)

Nice clean property, exactly as described in listing. Close to the beach. No problems at all. Could've used an iron and ironing board.

Short Trip to the Beach

Tiny and cozy, but clean and perfect for a family of four. My girls had a friend come who brought a single blowup bed that fit perfectly in the living room too but it made a little more crowded and if you’re here for the beach it’s close and the place to be

This is a super cute little unit. Great location

I love the north end of Pt Pleasant. The beach is more chill and less crowded yet it is a reasonable walk to get to all the boardwalk action. The bedrooms are a tad tight but I can deal with that for the location. Unit is really brand new and the kitchen is reasonable enough to do breakfasts in. You can sit outside the unit and sip a beer or cocktail as they have table and bench outside the unit. Bath is small but workable. (They need a shade in the bathroom). And the front BR door needs to be planed so that it can close.
