Spacious Island Condo: Dogs welcome, Minutes to South Forest Beach

Be our guest at BeachMore, our Family-Friendly (and Fido-Friendly) Townhouse, and enjoy the newly remodeled look (complete as of 2-1-24)

This dog and family-friendly unit is perfect for up to 4 people (which is the limit for the lease, per our condo association), and has lots of extra space for overnight guests or friends! Can sleep up to 6 in beds and a pack-and-play even fits in the guest room closet!

-1 downstairs with 1 Double-bed and 1 Twin bed

*loft with twin bed

*There is also an on-site pack-n-play that sets up perfectly in the large closet of the downstairs bedroom (we always left the door open for ventilation when ours were young).

Rental includes all freshly-laundered linens for stays of 30 days or fewer. Linen rental may be added to month+ rentals for only $25/month. Linens include all adult beds, baths, hand and kitchen towels, washcloths, and potholders; does not include beach towels. We do not provide linens for the pack-n-play. Kitchen is also stocked with an air fryer, 2 blenders, Cuisinart Food Processor, Vitamix Blender, tea kettle and standard coffee maker.

2 ½ baths.

1480 sq. ft. with vaulted double-high ceiling, open plan, loft area with twin bed, 75-inch flat screen TV (in Living Room) with FREE Netflix, HDMI cord for gaming/movies and Googlecast, High Speed wireless internet (300/30Mbps), infrared grill, dining area, washer & dryer, and 35 inch TV with cable in Master Bedroom.

There are 3 pools that are open April 1st to October 1st (the closest pool is 50 yards away and has it's own Wifi), a tennis court, and lots of walking areas! It's just beautiful and relaxing! This villa has been equipped like it is our home, as it is part of the time! We are constantly working and keeping it updated, clean, and nice for our renters! It's a 15-minute walk to Coligny shopping area or a three-minute car ride. The complex is very quiet and safe. The island is very bike-friendly with paths everywhere and reasonable rental by the day or week.

Weeks book Saturday to Saturday (strict in summer months, lenient all other months). Check-in time is 4pm the Saturday beginning your stay, check out before 10am the Saturday ending your stay (may be able to accommodate other check in/out times). Add 11% for all taxes. Security deposit of $500 (or $750 if bringing a dog, which will be returned, less expenses for any damages--in all our years of renting we've only had 2 occasions that we used part of the security deposit to cover damages). No cats please. OR you can choose the non-refundable insurance instead of the refundable security deposit. Maximum # of dogs is 2 and more than 2 will result in a fine from the Condo Association.

Restrictions: NO SMOKING in condo. Our condo can sleep up to 6 in beds. The condo association prefers no more than 4 adults in each unit, but there are no prohibitions against overnight guests, so if you’d like to have others visit during your trip, you will have a bed for them.

Want to bring your dog? No problem. Add $94/week and enjoy how dog-friendly Hilton Head Island is. No cats, please.

Also included in your rental: dishes, flatware, cookware, kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, bed and bath linens. We provide bedding for all beds in the condo.

All tenants over 90 days are exempt from 11% tax per SC law.

Good Stay

Mike was attentive and quick responding to our needs during our stay. The updated kitchen was nice and well stocked. The pool being so close to the condo was wonderful. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk.

HHI 2023

Condo was in a great location. We totally appreciated being able to have our daughters therapy dog with us. Condo is homey and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and silverware. 2 1/2 baths was very nice. In the description it said dryer would only dry on the delicate cycle but that must have gotten fixed as we had no trouble with the dryer. Our host answered our 1 and only call immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Nice vacation stay

We enjoyed our summer vacation trip and stay at the house. As described, it had what we needed for the week. The best thing about the place was it a location (10 min walk from the beach) to everything (walk to restaurants). Plenty of parking and 2 pools on the premises to use. Appreciated that we could bring the dog.

Great spot for a family or 2 couples

We were very happy with our stay overall. The host was very responsive to our questions and observations. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and all the documentation was very descriptive. Treetops is a great little area for walks with your pets and a short 10 min walk from the beach. Thanks again!

Home away from home

The condo was well laid out, and a wonderful place for spending a month in Hilton Head..Spacious living areas and bedrooms. Pretty much exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was top notch. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Had a wonderful stay.

Great location and spacious condo

The condo was much bigger than anticipated leaving lots of room for us and our dogs to relax and play. The included kennel was helpful so that we could put the pups away while we were out. The proximity to the on-site pool was very convenient along with the bike path and short walk to the beach! The instructions and tips provided prior to arrival were very detailed and super helpful in getting acclimated and finding the way to the beach! We had an amazing time in HHI and we will be back!

Great getaway

Nice place situated near the sea pines end of the island. Walkable to the beach with a cart and right off the bike path. Community was nicely maintained with walkways that were lit at night to walk the dogs. The vaulted ceilings gave the place more light. Everything worked great except for a light that was broken but notified the owners and they responded quickly. The only thing I would recommend is stay up to at least 10:30pm to set the thermostat to 72. It’s automatically programmed to go back to 75 degrees every 2 hrs and the upstairs gets hotter than 75 due to warm nights and rising heat. Took me several nights of waking up sweating in middle of the night to figure that out since we go to bed early. After that , 72 was perfect.

Treetops Stay

Overall our stay was very good. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We called and asked a couple of questions and he was immediately available and provided any assistance we needed. The location was a little farther from the beach but still within walking distance. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. (maybe a little more silverware) We are not sure of our plans for next year but would stay here again. Mike did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable in HHI. We regret having to leave early because of a death in the family

Great Property

Christmas 2022

My husband and I and our three dogs came down and stayed for 3 days for a quick getaway to celebrate Christmas and our anniversary. Mike made sure we had all of the information needed for parking passes, how to get into the condo, Wifi, TV remotes, etc…. This was super helpful and very much appreciated. The condo was very neat and clean and organized. It was quite easy to get comfortable and make ourselves at home. We also enjoyed walking our dogs throughout the property and the dogs loved seeing all of the squirrels dashing around! Found many great places to eat and shop and enjoyed some beach time as well! The neighborhood was very well kept, well lighted and quiet. We felt very safe walking at night. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!!

Our stay was wonderful. The beach is short eight minute walk, I do wish there were directions on the best way to get to the beach but we figured it out. My pups love the ocean and love the beach walks! Thank you Mike for being the perfect host any problem as small as it may be Mike is right there to walk you through it or handle whatever it is you need. I cannot wait to book next year‘s vacation!!! I will be staying at “Beachmore” again. Thank you for wonderful memories Mike!!!!

Great place!

The condo was very cozy, clean, & a lot bigger than I expected! Mike was very helpful & quick to respond. Although I didn’t need much assistance as he made everything very easy for me from the beginning with all of the information provided in the packet. The check in/out process was very easy. I loved the chalkboard wall in the kitchen & reading all of the messages from previous guests. The keyless entry to the condo was a great feature as I didn’t have to worry about carrying around (or losing) a key. The condo complex was very clean & just a short walk to the beach. The condo complex location is conveniently close to restaurants & shopping. The pups & I enjoyed our stay very much. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit HHI! Thank you so much for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and comfortable.

There were a few very minor things that needed work in the condo, but nothing that was a big deal. Overall, it was wonderful and I’d love to come again. It was so much fun to bring the dogs on our vacation!

This was a great location convenient to everything. Let me say a quick shout out to Mike for me a super host, we had a minor problem with the front door lock and Mike wasJohnny on the Spot to correct the problem. We would definitely stay at this unit again had everything a person needs.

Very Spacious and Accurately Described in Listing

This unit was exactly as described in the listing. Well maintained, spacious, convenient to beach and restaurants, and “well loved.” The owner, Mike, is truly the most helpful and communicative owner we have ever worked with. We had an issue in the complex (not Mike’s fault) and he was so helpful and accommodating to us due to the inconvenience we were caused. The only thing I want it point out, specifically, is that while the listing and reviews do indicate the master bed is firm, it is beyond firm. It is super firm. Hard, actually. Make sure you are ok with a bed that is that firm. For me, personally, it was a bit rough to sleep on for a week. Otherwise, loved the condo and convenience and Mike was as kind as they come.

Would love to rent again!

We enjoyed our stay & loved the pool being so close by. We loved reading messages from past guests in the kitchen. We appreciated the supplies available for the first couple days including dish soap, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent. We arrived at 4pm to check in & the cleaning crew was still there working so we had a few minutes to wait while they finished. We noticed they had not cleaned under one of the couches, so there were some old chips or something still there. I did notice that the thermostat would change either remotely or on it's own. We would set it to 72 at night & by morning it would be up to 76. Those were the only issues we had. The property is beautiful & well cared for. The owners make it very welcoming & were great to work with.

Great place, location!

This condo was great for our group! Close to the pool on-site, parking spots right outside the unit, and a few minutes drive to the free beach parking! Lots of food and shops nearby! Mike, the owner was so helpful prior and answered all my questions beforehand. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks, Mike!

We are small business owners who live in Columbus, Ohio. We own 3 salons and 2 salt spas and Mike is a Life Coach and Elizabeth a Wellness Coach. We have 2 wonderful daughters, 2 dogs and a cat. Mike is originally from Pittsburgh (Go Steelers) and Elizabeth was born in Mississippi.

Why they chose this property

We love South Forest Beach. The newly renovated Tiki Hut is great for music and a beach view and Lagerheads (The Pool/Beach bar you walk by going to the beach, which is on the Marriot Property) makes a nice pitstop! This end of the island felt more like an 'island' (the other end feels more commercial to us), and the plantations take so long to get in and out of...this is so much more convenient!

What makes this property unique

It's very open with the kitchen island, living room, and dining area so families can eat, cook, watch tv, play, etc. and all be together.
