Cute & Cozy 5-STAR home off W.T. Harris Blvd. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Northlake Mall, UNC Charlotte and Concord Mills. 9 miles to uptown Charlotte. Tons of restaurants & shops.
The space
Two bedrooms and a loft (1 King & 2 Queens). Master bed/bath on ground level. Large kitchen with all the essentials. TVs with Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spectrum TV. Modern decor throughout the home & plenty of lighting. The home has a small rear deck. Space for 2 compact cars in the driveway.

Guests will have access to the entire space with the exception of a locked owners closet and the garage which we use for property management purposes.
