Clean compound style arrangement
The unit has a bedroom, kitchen, living room bathroom. It is clean and neat. There are other guests coming and going from 4 other units on the property.

Small, clean efficient unit
Perfect location for our needs. Very clean but small. Used dining stool for bed table for Cpap machine. Liked slippers. Great shower. Couch not comfy for sleeping on. Luckily, great manager was on site for arrival to let us in.

Recon for a move to Phoenix this summer
Great little place. So you know, there are 5 separate rental spaces at the same address. Share the laundry room, driveway and back yard; but your space is your space. It was nice interacting with the other guests in the back yard, knowing we could still go back to our private space. Mel was very responsive to my questions. Highly recommend this if you want something besides a hotel chain.
