Good location and close parking. For an older Leadville home, the house has spacious rooms, plenty of hot water, and 2 bathrooms! Also nice appliances and comfortable beds. The house was perfect for our stay.

It works
The pictures did this place justice but overally it was a good place. The beds and pillows were super confy, the kitchen area has been updated and looks nice but overall does need some TLC.
It is easy walking to the downtown area from this house. Great updated kitchen and bathrooms in an old house. It is a dark home with little natural light and no views of the mountains.
Average place, biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. Sheets were dirty, dishes were dirty, floors were dirty. If a place is clean you always feel good about staying there but if it isn't it puts a bad taste in your stay.
House was nice but could use a little TLC. The master bedroom door handle was broke and bed was difficult to get in and out of - too close to the wall. TV did not work. Would be nice to integrate it to WIFI for streaming. There was a little mold in the bathroom but all in all it was a nice place to stay.
Perfect location for Leadville Boom Days festival, lots of local hikes, and a couple 14ers. Nicely organized house with capable kitchen and good social spaces.
The home was well-cared for and spotlessly clean, and everything we needed (except washcloths? a vegetable peeler?) was there. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the small appliances you'd want. Though an older house, the kitchen and downstairs felt very modern, and the bedrooms were comfortable, though the furniture felt a bit crowded in the smallest bedroom, and that bed was pretty squeaky. Reading lamps at the head of the bed in the master bedroom would have been nice, but the most important thing was that the beds were quite comfortable. We were all quite satisfied with the experience, and appreciated that the house was quiet while at the same time being conveniently close to town. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
The house was great (other than things listed below) and so was our stay in Leadville. We rented this location so we could walk downtown and it was great for that. It was clean and comfortable and fit our party perfectly. The neighbors left much to be desired. They weren't friendly at all and the neighbors on the west attempted to block our cars in by backing up within 2 inches of them our entire stay. Not cool. Also, we stayed 5 days and were not supplied with enough trash bags, toilet paper, or dishwasher soap. Plan on extra money for those! The internet also left much to be desired! Extremely slow. They offered great TV streaming, but you had to sit there while it loaded and about every 3 minutes it would pause to load throughout the entire show. Not recommended if you need to do any online work or meetings from this location.
Very cute house with plenty of space. They also provided some games and cards. Short walk to the main street, so it was a perfect location. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and it looked like there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling, though.
This was a perfect place to stay for our spring break ski trip. The location for getting around couldn’t have been better. The house was comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. We will definitely return!
Great location to access many things in Leadville. From downtown events like skijoring to hiking the mineral belt Trail this is a great spot. It was really nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals and the house was very comfortable.
The only odd experience is the next door neighbors are a bit neurotic about keeping an eye on things and yelled at us for temporarily moving the garbage can on the street so we could unpack our car.

Leadville ski house
Great communication, located close to town and ski cooper. House was a little dirty, refrigerator shelves and freezer were sticky, I had to clean them. We were only given 1 kitchen trash bag for a family of 6 . Overall a great deal.
Home is easy to get to, close to all Leadville has to offer, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms one with shower, tons of room, cooked meals and watched movies at night after snowboarding the mountains all day.
House stayed really warm, even with the heaters turned as low as they would go upstairs, had to have fans blowing at night. See ya again next year.
Perfect for our family of six! We will definitely be back! We especially appreciated the amount of pillows and blankets available :) There was only one washcloth that we found to use, and while not ideal that wouldn’t change the overall rating for me. We will remember to bring a few next time. Large oven and crockpot available, which was wonderful because we brought food to cook. Large closet for all the ski jackets. Spot for all of our snow boots and shoes was great! Perfect walking distance to the Main Street. So thankful to have found this great little house!
Everything was good except we couldn't find the remote for the fire place, which was very upsetting being that it was so cold and Christmas with no fireplace. You have to have your own accounts to work the TV, so that was a bummer. The house was cute and we enjoyed our stay.

Better stock house with good pans, more toiletries, trash bags, towles, etc.
