About this property

Chic and cozy house in a modern high tech house. Everything is wifi controlled. Crescent lake is 3 blocks away. 5 minutes drive to downtown. 20 min drive the beach. Centrally located, lots of groceries and bars / restaurants around.
The space
The house is 3 beds / 3 baths. All beds have its own master bathrooms. One room has a king bed and jetted tub. Second room has a queen bed. Third room has a full bed. 2 rooms has its own desk and there is also an extra desk in the living room.

The sofa opens to a queen bed and I have an extra queen air mattress.

There is a cute front porch to hang around. The backyard also has tables, sittings and BBQ. Laundry is in the house.

There are 3 desks in the house if you need to work.
