Bay Harbor 303 is in a great location in Clearwater Beach situated on Clearwater Bay and across from the beach. Three bedroom three bathroom Condo is on the 3rd floor of a 4 story condo building and has gorgeous Bay views. With a Master bedroom, two guest bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this unit can sleep up to six guests comfortably. In the Living room there is a Sofa Sleeper for extra guests & with the open concept floorplan, it's easy to all hang out, make a meal or watch a movie! With a luxury balcony that overlooks the bay, pool and Clearwater beach, you can enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. The beach is a short walk across the street.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking:
This unit only provides 1 parking space.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

The immediate surrounding area has a lot to choose from within walking distance, such as different arrays of cuisines, retail shops, beach shops, gas station, putt putt, liquor store and an Island Market. There are also plenty of recreation and watersports rentals in the area such as: electric bikes, electric scooters, small electrical vehicles and boat rentals. The Clearwater Jolley Trolley is also a great option to get around the beach town.

Clearwater has been frequently ranked as one of the BEST BEACHES in the USA, has been listed in the top 6 best in the world beaches by TripAdvisor and was awarded with the ranking of Florida's Best Beach Town by USA Today. With it's white sandy beaches and plenty of options for people of all ages, you will find something fun for all to enjoy.

Clearwater Beach is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA) and 25 miles from downtown Tampa. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is also within close proximity to Clearwater Beach.
