Do you plan on staying between Oct 15 and March 15, and don’t need to whole house, ask me how you can qualify for a cleaning and linen refund. This is very appealing for someone looking to only use 1 bedroom.
Welcome to the newest 2 bed 2 bath St Regis condo on the rental market.! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the St. Regis resort has everything you’ll need! This is a perfect condo to sit on the balcony and enjoy direct views of the ocean. This is in building 3.
Resort amenities include:
- A large ocean side pool
- 7th floor restaurant and bar
- 1st floor gym and sauna
- Ice cream shop
- Family fun room equipped with arcade games*
- Grill and picnic areas
- Playground
- Bocce ball court
- Pickleball court
- Garden sitting area
- Weekly live music at the pool during peak season**
- Access to luggage carts
- Minutes to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in Sneads Ferry or Surf City.
All amenities, including easy ocean access, via stairs or ramp, are steps away.
Amenities within the condo include:
- Convenient elevator access
- Spectrum cable and internet
As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper

- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve

A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
Renter making the booking must be at least 23 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
