Situated on beautiful Sunrise Park in the South Farm District, Time to Coast is the perfect place for a family (or two!), or a large group getaway to the beach. Whether it be a last-minute weekend excursion to Seabrook with friends or a big holiday gathering with family, Time to Coast is ready to host it all.

This four bedroom home is well-positioned on Sunrise Park and steps away from miles of walking, hiking, and mountain biking trails, making for hours of fun and adventure just outside your front door. Let the kiddos spend their energy and curiosity playing to their heart’s content in the grassy field, swinging on the park benches, or taking a short walk to Sunrise Pool for a heated outdoor swim.

The covered front porch facing the park is a fantastic place to kick back with your favorite beverage and soak in a serene morning or gorgeous sunset. When the stars come out, head to the back yard to unwind in the spacious hot tub or grab your s’mores supplies and make memories roasting marshmallows around the community fire pit in the park.

Just inside the front door, the abundance of windows in the open concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms fill the space with natural light and create a peaceful ambiance. Settle into the large, comfortable sectional and stream a good movie with good company on the Smart TV, or curl up with that book you’ve been meaning to read by the gas fireplace.

The kitchen is well-equipped for making anything from an easy breakfast to an entire holiday spread, and the barstool seating at the large kitchen island makes it a breeze to get the kiddos involved in meal prep. The adjacent dining table has room for 8 and is great not only for gathering at mealtimes, but also for rambunctious game nights. On warm summer evenings, the gas grill is waiting for you to prepare a freshly grilled meal outdoors.

Drift off to sleep in one of Time to Coast’s four bedrooms when it’s time to get some rest at the end of a full day of fun. This comfortable home features a primary king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the main floor for easier access, an additional king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom upstairs, a queen bedroom, and a full-over-full bunk bedroom. The upstairs king suite also boasts a balcony with beautiful views of Sunrise Park, the South Farm District, and peek-a-boo views of the ocean in the distance.
