Second row home with beach access directly across the street!This is a perfect getaway home for a long relaxing weekend or a whole week! The home is set up to accommodate 3 couples. Sleep 6 comfortably. Large open deck great for cooking out or simply soaking up the sun. Take advantage of the downstairs shower to rinse off from the beach. House is completely furninshed with linens, dishes, towels, etc.
Great park just minutes from the house with tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground. Plenty of parking for guests.

Great location!

We loved this house across the street from the beach access with a fenced in yard. We had some issues with the air conditioning units. I think some simple instructions would have been helpful, but overall, it was a fantastic week! We’ll be back and staying here in the future.

Perfect beach bungalow

We had a lovely stay in Folly Beach in the off season. The house‘s location is absolutely perfect — close enough to the main drag, but also quiet and secluded.

Great Folly Beach House!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for our dog, with a fantastic location so close to the beach. The area was peaceful, with only the sound of ocean waves—truly relaxing. The beds were super comfy, and the house was spotless and incredibly well-stocked, with everything we could possibly need. Communication with the host was a bit slower, but given it was the holiday week of Christmas and New Years Eve, it was completely understandable. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it!

Quick trip to folly

This house is well stocked with everything you need. Close to beach access, plenty of parking, and the fenced in yard was a nice bonus. Would stay here again on our next trip.

Great cottage house in Folly Beach! This house is a cozy and authentic beach cottage. The pictures on the site are very representative of the house. 3 bedrooms with 2 queen rooms and 1 with 2 doubles. Great location just across the street from the beach. Lots of play toys in the garage. The property managers (owners?) were very responsive and proactive regarding questions about check-in, etc. Enjoyed our stay and would defintiely come back!

Short get away was great

The location was great and the house was well kept. The yard for the dog was great and we used the outside hose a lot to rinse off. The TV controls were confusing, but Elizabeth stopped by and helped sort things out. I would suggest a quick card explaining what remote to use for each use. We had an issue with an AC unit because of an electric surge from the recent hurricane. Elizabeth addressed it quickly. Overall, a thumbs up for this property. Highly suggest eating at LoLo's restaurant. Doesn't look like much from the outside but darn good food! Parking near downtown is almost impossible during the day and evening so highly suggest the bikes if you don't like to walk.

Piece of Paradise

This is a lovely property. It is across the street from the beach and has a very well stocked kitchen. The best part is we were able to bring our pups. The yard has a secure fence all around. Also include all the toys needed for fun at the beach. Would definitely rent again!!!

Very cute cottage, 30 seconds from the beach. About a mile from downtown Folly so it was far enough but close enough. Hosts very very accommodating and easy to work with.

LOVED OUR STAY

Great property!! This property was very clean, perfect location, quiet and just overall fun place to stay!!! We had a slight issue with the one door when we first arrived but the owners resolved the issue ASAP and were very friendly to deal with. Would love to return to this property in years to come!

Wonderful July 4th Staycation!

We had a lovely stay at the coastal cottage! We’re locals but wanted to do a fun staycation over the July 4th holiday weekend. The property was clean, inviting and perfect for us and our two pups! We grabbed fresh shrimp from Crosbys on the way into Folly and had a shrimp boil on the front porch for July 4! Access to the beach was a huge plus, and we loved being able to take the pups on a walk on the beach in the morning and evenings once dogs were allowed! Host was super nice and accommodating! Highly recommend!!

2nd time here! We had a perfect stay at this beach house! The house was exceptionally clean and they had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The location is fantastic, with just a short walk to the beach right across the street. They provided everything from beach towels, bikes, beach toys and beach gear so all you need to do is pack clothes and grab some groceries. The kitchen is stocked if you want to cook inside or they have a grill if you wanna do some burgers outside! The host is very responsive to any questions we had. We especially loved riding the bikes into town and grabbing a bite at Rita’s - Which we did several times! All and all we had a fantastic stay this week! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway! We will definitely be back!!

In the early 90’s while searching for a rental at Folly, this house caught our eye and here we are still loving every minute we are able to spend at the house! Make your special memories here! Folly has always been known for being 'laid back.' If you want a real vacation away from all the hustle and bustle, this is the place to go! Great home with great features! Excellent spot for girls getaway, family vacation, graduation rental.

This house is great for entertaining! Being on the 2nd row, corner lot makes it easy to just walk across the street and be on the beach. Family owned for over 30 years. House is equipped with a little of everything to make your vacation unique.
