Bear Hollow Fun

Great property, exceeded expectations. Well stocked kitchen. Kids nook in the master bedroom was amazing. Property overlooks small park and clubhouse in neighborhood and the kids had a great time watching all the dogs. Plan to come back again next year, thank you!

Great house. As expected and more

The house was great. Close to the ski resorts, SLC, and Kimball Junction. Was far enough away from downtown Park City to avoid crowds, but close enough to enjoy the town with a short drive. Highly recommended.

Great townhouse. Great location. Great communications. Great sta!

Richard is a great host—communications clear. The townhouse itself was perfect for our needs. The master BR wonderful, second BR upstairs can easily accommodate a couple, and basement can as well (it is en suite). Note, though, that basement BR has no door (fire code?). Finally, bunk BR would be perfect for kids (sharing bath with 2nd BR upstairs). Kitchen large, well equipped, and well organized. Large, accommodating LR. Tvs everywhere. Entire house well maintained and clean. Also, neighborhood is quiet for day napping. 5-10 minutes to Park City and as little as 3-4 minutes to Canyons. Walking trails from Bear Hollow, and Nordic skiing just down the road. Access to I-80 is two minutes. Two shopping centers w Whole Foods, Walmart, and a hundred food options across or up the road. We had 4 incredible ski days and 5 very comfortable nights at Bear Hollow. I apologize for any typos. I’m doing this on the phone and the keypad just working well for me. Enjoy Richard’s place. Oh, the Olympic Center is next door. Worth the visit. And I understand that the location works great year round to take advantage of all the Park City area has to offer.

Awesome Rental for Skiers & Snowboarders

We loved our stay in Bear Hollow Village! We had a packed house and there was bedding for everyone--we even utilized the mattresses in the Master closet and moved them to the basement bedroom where there was more floor space. The house is about 7-10 minutes away from the Canyons and about 15-20 minutes away from the Main Resort/downtown which we took full advantage of. There is also a grocery store, liquor store, and a bunch of restaurants within 1 mile of the townhouse. The hot tub was easy to use and we never ran out of hot water in the showers, even with a full house. If you're like us and prefer cooking meals at the house as opposed to going out every night, the kitchen has everything you need. The only thing we struggled to find were wine glasses and a wine opener. I highly recommend this vacation rental and would absolutely consider renting this property again if and when we come back to the Park City area.

Some necessities missing

The place was clean and organized. There were only a couple things I would like to mention. This is my own mistake. I should have looked closer at the pictures. But there were only 3 queen size or bigger beds. The rest, I feel were for kids. We needed 4 big beds for adults. The other thing that was just an inconvenience was things like toilet paper, dish soap, and baggies to put food or stuff in. When you run out of toilet paper and dish soap and you have only been there a few days. This is a problem. I have stay many years in these condos with my family and never experienced this. This feedback is more to the owners. And it just maybe the people in charge of taking care of the place. We had a good stay but these little inconveniences were a pain to have to run to the store.

Great for a group

A great place for a group of adults - we loved the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and never felt crammed. The private hot tub was perfect for relaxing after the slopes. The condo is conveniently located 7 minutes from Canyons, and close to supermarkets and stores as well. Richard was very responsive and easy to get a hold of prior to and during check-in. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing staying at Bear Hollow home

We had a great stay at this townhouse in Bear Hollow. Pros - Hot tub was really close by; it was steps away from the kitchen and easily accessible. - Each floor had its own thermostat (for 3 in all; the private room on the bottom has it's own private thermostat and bathroom) - Garage fits 2 cars easily, and 2 more on the driveway for a total of 4 cars - Check-in was very easy, as the front door has a combo you press to get in (so keyless entry) - There was shampoo and bodywash in every bathroom (no conditioner though) - The mattresses were very comfortable! the ones in the master bedroom and the downstairs bedroom were of a temperpudic / foam mattress type - It snowed when we were there and the driveway was well plowed - Easy to lyft / uber to the resorts from Bear Hollow, costs about $10 to $20 per trip (depending on if it's surging) - Laundry closet has plenty of detergent so you can wash your clothes - Plenty of hot water if you are fast with showering - We received a very nice bread basket from the owner as a gift when we showed up. Thank you! - Owner was very responsive to email and text (very minor) Cons - The small connecting room to the master bedroom with two twin beds was very cold and doesn't seem to warm up - When lyfting /ubering around, the driver may not be able to find the place as easily, as it seems like one of the maps is incorrect and shows the end of the street as a through street when it is not

Perfect girl's trip

We had a fabulous weekend in this town home in Park City with a group of high school friends. The weather was unseasonably chilly so we spent most of the weekend inside. There was plenty of room for 8 of us to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook most of our meals there. The location right between Park City and Kimball Junction was very convenient. We all agreed we would book this location again. Thank you.

Fantastic, luxury home - better than a 5-star hotel!

My first disclosure should be that I'm a travel writer, so I'm especially picky having travelled the globe, staying at many luxe resorts. But our trip to Park City involved 3 adults, 2 teens and our eldest 26-year-old daughter so we were on our own with making reservations for such a large group. We also had several family friends, all visiting Park City from Los Angeles, so we wanted to rent a home big enough so we could invite our friends and their families over for apres-ski family get-togethers. We happened upon this rental on vrbo by accident and couldn't believe our luck upon stumbling upon such a perfect home which met every single one of our varied needs. The kitchen was huge, and better equipped than our own home, and we spent every evening cooking supper for 20+ without ever feeling cramped. The multi-level lay-out was perfect for all the kids - tots, teenagers and adult kids - to spread out and do their own thing while the adults hung out in the kitchen or living room over wine. A big plus was the community park to the rear of the property where our assorted kids gathered to build snowmen and toss snowballs while us exhausted parents chatted on the ample fireside sofas. Prior to our trip we'd all made dinner reservations in Park City which we quickly cancelled after discovering that our home was better than any 5-star restaurant. When we couldn't be bothered to cook in our gourmet kitchen, pizza would be delivered in under 10 minutes and we drew straws for which parent would make the 5-minute Coldstone run with a car load of kids. The best ski-ing in the world was just minutes away from our home away from home, not to mention snow-shoeing, tubing and snow-mobiling. We visited the nearby 5-star hotels, The Montage and St Regis, but all the time we were there, we couldn't wait to get back to our lovely home. All four bathrooms were fully-equipped, the deck-top jacuzzi was perfectly heated and, I confess, there was one day I cried sick from the ski-slopes because I just wanted to soak up the warmth and loveliness of this gorgeous home - also catch up on all the latest movies with the amazing TV/dvd system in every room. Again, the multi-levels of the home presented the perfect division between adults and kids - not that the kids wanted to be bothered with us grown-ups while they were having way too much fun themselves. The next time we return to Park City, I will be sure to check the availability of this rental - before I book our flights.

Exceptional Park City Rental Home

We just got back from a 5 day stay at this home. 5 Adults and 2 children. We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties and this was the nicest one. Spacious 4 bdrm in a great location. 10-15 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and ski slopes. Richard was GREAT to work with and responded to all our questions within 10 minutes, he provided a pack and play at no cost. The private hot tub on the outside deck was enjoyed each day after coming off the slopes. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need. You have access to a clubhouse which has a swimming pool and outside hot tub, fitness equipment, shower facilities and PC and printer access to print out boarding passes. Enclosed 2 door garage. Large flat screen TV in family room and master bedroom. We have a wonderful family vacation and the accommodations were a big part of this. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting the PC area

Great Park City Rental Home

We spent a week in Park City for New Year's. There were six people in the home. It is an extremely nice and very comfortable home that had everything you could possibly need. Location was great as it was only about 5 minutes from the shopping and restaurant areas but was only about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Park City. Richard was great to work with. Would recommend this home and Richard to anyone visiting the Park City area.

Great Place to Stay in Park City

Enjoyed a week of skiing in PC between Christmas and New Years. Eight people stayed in this nice and comfortable home that is well appointed with everything needed for the visit. Richard is easy to work with and very prompt in all aspects of renting the home. I would contact Richard again for any future rental needs in PC and would recommend him to others if they are visiting the Wasatch Mountains and enjoying the greatest snow on earth.

Great location, and wonderful place to stay

We had not spent time in Park City before, so we were thrilled to find this great place. It is about 10 minutes from downtown PC, but only about half a mile from the shopping, groceries, restaurants, and so on just off of I-80. That made it very convenient to go shopping and eat out without paying the downtown Park City prices, for food, shopping, and most importantly, for the lodging itself. the condo is very well outfitted, with everything you need for an extended vacation. Clean and contemporary furniture, up to date appliances, and most importantly, plenty of room for everyone! The double garage is perfect for being able to unpack and store ski equipment, and every bedroom has plenty of room for multiple guests. My biggest surprise was just how much room the condo had. Our family of five felt like we had more room than we do at home. When we come back to PC, we would definitely stay here again, without a moment's hesitation.

Everything you could ask for (and then some)!

Our family of four travels to Park City every March to ski. We love Bear Hollow Village for it's proximity to Deer Valley and Park City. This town home is the best place we've stayed. We had tons of room, new furniture, comfortable beds, a big kitchen and a private hot tub that our two boys loved. The town home was clean, had a full-sized washer and dryer and a garage. It's right across the street from Red Stone which has everything you need from a grocery store to restaurants to the coolest bowling alley we've ever seen. I'm fairly picky about where we stay (my husband would say very picky!). I like a nice place, one that I look forward to coming home to after a day of skiing and enjoying family time. Richard was absolutely wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend the town home. You won't be disappointed!

Stayed with my 4 girlfriends for the third time in Park city. Accommodation is in a great location central to all but with quiet atmosphere. The home has everything you need including hot tub, view, garage, well supplied bedrooms, central living room. WiFi paid. Lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great overall experience

This is the second time I've stayed at the house, and it was as great this time around as it was the last time around. The house is well furnished and in great condition. Very close to Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley with Little Cottonwood Canyon very easily accessible. Rent with this owner.
