Welcome to our brand new house! Step into this gorgeous tropical oasis. Enjoy the secluded location by the two private pools. There is also an amazing sunset to enjoy among the treetops on the roof terrace. The location is perfect for getting some peace and quiet, but at the same time, the heart of Tamarindo center is only a 10-minute walk away. The beach is right next to the main road in the city center 10-15 minutes walk from your house.

Residencial Norma is a cozy neighborhood with walking distance to the beach and town centre. We love living here as it is quiet and relaxing but still close to town.
What makes this property unique
Our property is brand new and built in a mediterranean style. The main house has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, 2 terraces and 1 swimming pool. On the property there is also a beautiful "casita" that has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, living room and a it's own plunge pool
