Private dock with 12 ft aluminum boat with electric trolling motor, canoe, and life jackets
Take the boat to either of two large, private sandy beaches on either side of the lake.
Miles and miles of biking and walking trails less than a mile away.
Private yard with plenty of outdoor seating for dining or lounging.
