First floor living area and kitchen combo, with a second-floor bedroom that provides a queen bed, twin bunk bed and futon. The indoor boat slip fits a 10 x 33 boat, equipped with a 15,000-pound boat lift.
Close to all the great restaurants, bars, and shops in downtown Sandusky, including the ferries to Put-in-Bay and Kelley's Island.
