This almost new "Yellow House" on stilts offers a fully equipped kitchen in a cozy environment. Located on the fence line without a backyard neighbor about one half mile to the beach . As with most properties in Ocean Lakes, a golf car is recommended. This property comfortably sleeps seven with a twin over full in bedroom three.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny deck which is shaded for the afternoon "Happy Hour". The stairway is covered from back to front to preclude getting wet from an afternoon shower. Plenty of parking under the home as well as table and chairs, a 55 inch TV, and gas grill.
