Our family of two grandparents and one 6 year old granddaughter had a wonderful stay at this adorable property over Easter weekend. Everything was just perfect for us. The hosts are excellent commination and just so welcoming. Our granddaughter loved that there were toys, books, and games as well as lots of fun places to explore around the yard She was a huge fan of the bed under the stairs and made her grandpa read to her under there every night. Baths in the clawfoot tub were a hit. My husband and I loved how spacious and thoughtfully appointed the house was. It's such a comfortable place and so full of character. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the porch each morning and watching the deer each evening. We would absolutely rent from Bart & Camille again and would recommend this property to friends and family.
We booked this house to stay in for a wedding that our family was attending at Western Sky. It accommodated everyone staying with us and was not too far from the venue. We loved the charm of the house and we all enjoyed the morning on the large wrap-around porch. We would stay here again if we have something else in the area.
Our stay was just what we wanted. A beautiful view of the ranch and privacy from the hustle/bustle of the area. Bart and Camille are friendly and helpful hosts. They even purchased a coffee maker for my husband and I, as there was just a one cup Keurig maker. The house was the perfect size although it could have been a little cleaner. The fenced in yard was great for our Shih Tzu , he loved the visit too and became protective of the ranch. We also loved watching the deer roam about.
Very comfortable, clean, quiet updated farm house with wonderful views in a rural location but with easy access to San Antonio and suburbs. Owners are very friendly and close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This"farmhouse" convenient to the town of Spring Branch, located privately at the end of the street, with a great outdoor view. Quiet and a perfect place for family and friends. Loved the dozen fresh eggs and the quick response by the owner to bring me something I forgot. Enjoyed the stay and look forward going back!
The Farmhouse is absolutely precious!! If only the walls could talk! The view is also amazing. We had a blast having our local family over for outdoor activities and chilling out inside and outside! There’s photo ops everywhere you look. The host were just down to earth and sweet as well. We will definitely be back!
We stayed two nights when our kids and grandkids were camping in Guadalupe River State Park. We would go back! This is a very cute farmhouse (a real one, not just one that's decorated like one). Yes, it's old and just a bit rustic, but it's very well done. We had everything we needed for our stay and were super comfortable. The wide front and side porch is wonderful. We sat out with the kids and played games, until late in the night. The breeze was fabulous. If you want to stay in, though, there are 2 tv's and wifi. Nice, quiet, convenient location for a taste of the Hill Country. Our dog loved it, too.
The owners have really put a lot of effort to keep the home charming and as if walking back in time with todays technology. Loved the antiques throughout the home with original hardware. It was clean and had all essentials needed for a night stay. Would stay again in in the area! Home owners were very quick to respond to any messages.
This property was very nice and comfortable for me and my wife. It had everything we needed to make our stay worthwhile. It was quiet and very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this property to stay at to anyone.
