This cute little studio was exactly what needed! Can’t beat the location. Extremely easy check in/out process and easy parking. Would definitely stay here again.
Good location with close proximity to shops and restaurants. Great for a small dog. Keep in mind the front parking lot does get busy and somewhat noisy on the weekend nights. Otherwise, it’s great.
The property is in a perfect location for all the downtown activities and is perfectly located to get in and out of downtown to visit the rest of Eureka. The accomodations were just as they were described and perfect for our weekend getaway!
The studio is in a great location, just off the town center and a block away from one of the best restaurants in town. The room is decorated beautifully. The kitchenette is more of a wet bar with a mini fridge and microwave, but it was perfect for a weekend stay. The mini fridge had a decently sized freezer which accommodates a bag of ice. The bathroom is spacious and well lit. Would definitely stay again.
My husband and I stayed at the Studio with our goldendoodle. I would describe the size of the space to be similar to a hotel room, but you can't beat the location! We were able to park right in front of the rental and walk almost everywhere we needed to go during our stay. We were also appreciative of the little outdoor space for our pup's potty breaks. There is a bar very close to the rental and you could hear music and talking if you were outside on the patio, but we had no noise issues when inside. The space does share a wall with a business next door, but we did not even notice (just saw the signs and cars in the parking lot during business hours). I had to message the property manager a couple of times for various reasons and always received a very prompt response.
Charming studio/efficiency apartment close to shopping, eating, and people watching. Just around the corner of the heart of the Historic District Eureka Springs.
Cute little place in a great location. Comfortable king bed. Good WiFi. Sink and mini-fridge in addition to good-sized bathroom. Nice little gated area for patio and to keep a dog in if needed.
Would definitely stay again.
Historic downtown is just a short walk away. You also have a parking spot so you don't have to parallel park in front of the shops or pay to park in a lot.
We enjoyed our time staying at the property. The mattress was more firm than we're used to and we found we were stiff in the mornings BUT that doesn't impact the overall quality of the accommodation. It's a very very nice little place
We have been to Eureka Springs many times and really enjoy being able to stay downtown so we can walk to shop, eat, and meet all kinds of people. This cottage is perfect for that if you are looking for a small place with parking (always a plus!). First time booking this property but will definitely do it again. Aspen is a great host!
Nothing but praise for this rental. The Studio is about the size of a hotel room but with a shockingly large/well stocked bathroom. Very centrally located- great walkability to many restaurants/shops/historic sites. Have stayed at The Crescent in the past and was grateful to have a spot in the middle of the hill so we could easily drop off purchases and take a breather in the AC or on the adorable deck before hiking back out in the heat:) The bar next door (Chelsea's) has a fun atmosphere and delicious pizza. Did not try the food truck in adjoining public parking lot but the people watching was great all day and after dark! Extra super plus to have a lot for 66 Center guests. I look forward to booking the Carriage House next time just to check that out, or the Main House if it's a double (or triple!) date. Aspen was very responsive and everything made sense.
Love Eureka Springs and this little cottage is close to historic downtown making it the perfect place to park and walk to the historic downtown to shop.
