Located in a quite subdivision, GemHouse is a secured, private home away from home. It is 5-7 minutes ride to Daet center, malls, superstores, restaurants, bakery, hospital, church and govt offices. Also, a 12 minutes ride to famous Bagasbas beach and short distance to SM mall. Outside the main gate of the subdivision is a waiting area for public transpo & there is a talipapa for the guest to buy stuff for cooking. Lots of tourist attractions & resort that are close to reach. This newly renovated entirely screened house has WIFI, full equip kitchen, 4 ft. fridge, living room w/ smart tv & covered porch . It has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms-1st bedrooms of 1queen bed & sofa bed is airconditioned , 2nd & 3rd rooms with 1 single bed & bunk beds & with one bed, both fan only. Aside from town water supply, its has a pressurized filtered deep well so no shortage of water. It doesn't have private parking but the street right in front of the house is safe to utilize for parking.
