At our Hogwart’s Haven, you’ll get to experience our newly renovated luxury 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo filled with top of the line-high end furnishings. Also you get your own personal covered patio where you can wind down after a long day at the parks. Our fully stocked kitchen is fully equipped with all of your basic needs: dishware, utensils, keurig, air fryer, rice cooker on top of your standard kitchen appliances and needs (we provide fresh linens and towels per stay and you get a starter pack of the basics: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent). We have our own washer and dryer in the unit ready for you to use. We are Wi-Fi equipped and cable ready so come ready to relax and enjoy your home away from home!

You’ll have full access to the main clubhouse /pool and waterpark area (we are the closest building to the clubhouse, so just footsteps away!). The clubhouse has a movie theater, full gym, mini arcade, and the pool and water park is one of the highlights of the Windsor hills community!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Teen fun

We stayed here to celebrate my son’s 17 birthday along with 2 of his friends. They really enjoyed the space which included books for them to read and board games! The pool was everything they hoped it would be. We would definitely rent this space again.

Fantastic stay near Disney

We stayed in the Harry Potter suite and we were Very pleased by all that we found! We had everything we needed and more! The rooms were wonderfully decorated in true Harry Potter fashion! Our two grandchildren were thrilled with all of it!!! Very clean and well maintained! The pool, water park, arcade, market were awesome!!! Security was great and we felt safe the whole time! Shops & groceries are just down the road and Disney & Disney Springs just minutes away!!! Had a Wonderful vacation here!!! Next time we are coming to Disney this will definitely be our place to come again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

Perfect Disney Getaway

Our family stayed at this wonderful Harry Potter themed condo. We loved all of the little details around the home and the kids were in love with the pool and waterslides available on site. It was super close to all of the Disney parks and there was a WalMart right down the street for groceries and any items we forgot to bring. The host was very responsive and left great instructions on how to access the property and all of the amenities. My only tiny suggestion would be to provide more kitchen basics like we have seen in over VRBO properties (ex. Aluminum foil, cooking oil, plastic baggies etc.). Overall we had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this place for your stay in Orlando.

Only comment info that needs to be added - elevator to 3rd floor available in the middle of the complex - as a Floridian I assumed no elevator so dragged all the bags up to the 3rd floor to discover later that there was an elevator

Fantastic place

We loved our stay here. Windsor Hills is well located and a beautiful resort. The main pool is big and clean and warm with a great atmosphere and little restaurant and place to buy drinks right there. The gym is good with lots of equipment and free weights and aerobic machines . The basketball court, pickleball court, tennis court and putting green are all in good shape and very useable. The condo itself is clean and bright and updated. The decor is super fun, the beds are EXTREMELY Comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are great. Finally - the hosts were AMAZING! We had to make some last minute changes and they were so helpful and understanding that I was quite frankly blown away. Really timely communication and very kind. We will be back and we will recommend to our friends and family.

Can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Emery's place was perfect in every way. Our teens loved the Harry Potter decor (Ok. Ok. I'll admit I loved it too....). The location above the pool made it so festive and easy to run down and take a dip. The communication was excellent and we felt very at home. Never met Emery but we felt like we were being hosted by friend. Thank you! We will definitely choose this unit again.

One of the Best Vacas!

We had an amazing stay at Emery’s Harry Potter themed rental! Our family of 4 had more than enough room here. Although the check in process at the gate was a bit longer than expected, we were happy walking into a clean and beautiful space. We loved that it had the kitchen supplies we needed especially Tupperware. We enjoyed the additional towels for the pool as well. The rental was the building closest to the pool which we loved. We would highly recommend this spot and we would not hesitate to come back here as well for our next FL vaca ☀️

Wonderful stay at Harry Potter condo

Our family had a great time staying at Emery’s Harry Potter condo. It’s located at a prime location for accessing the club house which has a nice pool and water slides. It’s only a very short drive to Disney World. There were plenty of dining ware, cookware and laundry supplies. Emery was responsive and staying on top of things to make sure our stay were comfortable. Thanks Emery for wonderful stay!

Amazing Stay near Disney

We came here for a few days while enjoying the parks for Christmas. The property is gorgeous, has everything you need, and the host is responsive. It truly felt like home and there is a little bit of magic tucked into every corner. We will be back! Thank you Emery for an excellent stay.

Going to Disney World-Stay here!

The place is amazing, just like the pictures. It’s conveniently located a few miles away from the Disney Parks. The check in process is smooth and the hosts are very accommodating, they checked in a few times making sure that we had everything we need. If you are traveling with infants they have everything you need, crib, baby chairs and strollers. The purpose of my trip was going to the parks but I wish I had booked and extra day just to stay there and enjoy some of the amenities. Great place! Great stay! Can’t way to be back!

Perfect sport for Harry Potter fans!

We stayed for two nights for a Universal trip and couldn’t have been happier with this spot. The kids LOVED all the Harry Potter decor and we loved the layout of the condo (kids on one side, parents on the other). The pool and hot tub didn’t get a lot of use, but the kids did have a lot of fun during the one time they used them. The drive to the park isn’t too far, we would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!!

Beautiful condo, very clean! Close to Disney parks!

The resort is very clean and quiet! Our condo was exactly what we needed and very clean! We loved being right next to the pool! It's even better than the pictures! It had everything that we needed. No carpet, very clean. Beds were comfortable, and nice and quiet! The owners were great, they sent an email the week of our trip to make our check-in was seamless and after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this condo and we will definitely stay there again!

One of our favorite stays!

We were traveling through Orlando a few days after the recent hurricane and wanted a quick Disney trip before the kids go back to school. The owner was wonderful in answering all of my questions and I was so glad to hear they supplied majority of the essentials which is a huge plus for us! It was an incredible condo in a great community! We will definitely be staying here for a longer trip! Owner did mention they are booking quickly for Spring break next year, so we may be booking sooner than later 😂!

Amazing! Super cute and clean place! Very nice hosts!

Where do we start!? We loved the decor of this place, you get some of the Harry Potter flare but it's not over the top! The location in unbelievable! First, you're very close to Disney and then added BONUS, you're in probably the best location at the resort because you're right next to the pool and clubhouse! The hosts were very friendly and were super quick to help us with any questions, you can tell they care about their guests! We can't wait to come back!

We stayed here on a last minute stay! The owners were phenomenal and super helpful! The place was in such a great location! It's right by Disney and the condo itself was right next to the pool! The place was really clean which is really important to us and the Harry Potter decor was super cute! We loved it, next time we'll plan for a much longer stay!

Magical Home Away From Home

This property was absolutely wonderful in every way!! Clean, short walk to the pool and game room, Walmart less than a mile away, and close to highway. The condo was immaculate! The decor and comfort is A+, owner quick to reply, helpful, and kind! The rooms are nicely equipped with plenty of starter supplies included and exceptionally clean! I just can’t say enough positive things. Everything about our stay was perfect!!!

This place was amazing and in such a great resort! It's in such a convenient location! You're in the first building next to all of the action! The owners were great to deal with and always answered emails very quickly! Place was very clean and had all of the amenities as advertised! Great place to stay, incredible location, very close to parks!

Really great location, I was shocked how close it was to Disney world! I know the owners so communication was great lol (long story short, I went to school with them and I happened to have the same name, which was an uncommon one!), but knowing them they’d treat any of their guests as if they’re friends and family. Good quality folks! Place was very clean, great if you have kids.

Lovely stay for our family with kids at a excellent location - right next to the pool! Very clean!

We loved everything about this place. The place was really cutely decorated and it was very clean! Our kids loved it and we loved how close it was to the pool, you could see the pool from right outside the front door! You couldn't get a better location at Windsor Hills! We can't wait to come back and stay here next year!

We're a growing family of 3 boys under the age of 6 with one on the way (finally a baby girl)! Naturally we gravitated to become a Disney family! We're from a big family to begin with so we always enjoyed hosting, so we thought it would be great to share our home with you as well!

Why they chose this property

We love that we're right by Disney world and not too far from the other main Orlando attractions as well, like Universal, Seaworld, and plenty of golf courses! What's perfect is the waterpark! It's great and to be at the same building connected to it is ideal for our young family of tiny toddlers!

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! We love being so close to Disney and right next to the waterpark/pool. We also want our home to be a place that you feel extremely comfortable as well, so cleanliness is at the top of our list!
