Large living area includes leather sofa and loveseat with DirecTV. 2 bedrooms (one with a queen and one with a full-size bed). Kitchen area includes dining table and chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Porch area is screened in with a view of the channel. The Cottage is located within 5 minutes of Froggy's, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's, Oldfield Beach, Winner's Market, Dollar General, and coffee and ice cream specialty shops. A boat ramp is included on the property.
