About this property

Perfect Location. Ski in Ski out on Village Chair

This townhome lies at the very heart of the original Jay Village, walking out directly above the Village Chairlift and offering a flexible living space for a larger family or group of families and friends and the best of Jay's ski-on ski-off locations.

Access is via a private entrance.

Free, private parking for 2 cars.

Access to the ski slopes couldn't be easier. Leaving from the deck, you ski directly to the Village Chair lift on the Raccoon Run.

The condo is situated over three floors, with the front door opening to a large mud room area that leads directly to the main floor kitchen, dining and great room. The seating area is comfortable and spacious, with a cozy gas fire and surrounded by outdoor decking and garden. There are four bedrooms in total, a large master on the upper floor, (1 king bed enormous ensuite bathroom, 2 showers and sauna), one on the main floor (1 queen bed with ensuite) and finally downstairs, a bedroom with 2 twins and a bunk room with 2 bunks (twin over full) with a large shared bathroom. The basement also has a large den area with and a laundry closet, with a full size washer and dryer. The basement floor is extremely light, with plenty of windows out to the garden and high ceilings.

Jay is a perfect retreat from anywhere offering amazing skiing and snowshoeing from November through April, a championship golf course when the snow is melted, a top class ice rink and of course, the biggest water park for miles around!! This is all in the resort grounds, just moments away, you will find beautiful hiking, mountain biking, fishing, horseback riding and swimming in the area. Explore the rivers and swimming holes, go antiquing, visit the local dairy farms, enjoy the amazing foliage. Take a boat trip on the lake or go canoeing down river rapids. Jay Peak is a great destination for outdoor enthusiasts all year-round.

Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the unit when you arrive at Jay Peak, and enjoy.
I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings.
I do not live close by but have someone who can help in an emergency.
Enjoy the benefit of our local knowledge with recommendations and discounts on various services you may need throughout your stay.

The Tram Base and Water Park are a short 5 minute walk away. The free Jay Peak shuttle runs year-round between the condos, Tram Base and Stateside and stops right by the condo.
Take advantage of the many fun amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena with café and bar, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many new restaurants and bars at the mountain. Also, newly added is the "Clips and Reels" Recreation Center at Stateside. The new Recreation Center hosts a movie theater, arcade and clip-in ropes and climbing course. There's lots to do all year round for the whole family!
Access to the Jay amenities are not included with the booking but day passes can be purchased from the resort. Finally, access to the concert amphitheater is a 10 min walk, great for proximity if you want to be there, but great for privacy if you don't want to be disturbed!!

A car is helpful to get around but the shuttle service is very good within the Jay Peak Village and runs late into the evening.

Perfect Location. Ski in Ski out on Village Chair

Great location, very clean, easy check-in process. Way too many rules, does not make you feel the most welcome and response received from host was quite rude.

Amazing location and accommodations!

This property is an EXCELLENT choice for a multi family ski trip. The basement/lower level provides for an incredible spot for the kids to sleep and hang out. The location on Racoon run is simply amazing. The ease at which you can start your ski day, or pop in for lunch is really convenient. The apres ski experience is also very fun. After the lift closed, people could be seen hanging out, walking dogs, and sledding. It was everything we were looking for and then some!

Great location

This unit is one of the best, if not the best location on the mountain for families visiting Jay Peak. It is only steps from the Village lift. It is very convenient shuttling kids in an out to the mountain. The unit was clean, spacious with an open layout. Our family had a great time and look forward to next year!

Perfect Slope-side Condo

Place is great! Suzie is wonderful to work with. Sits on the lower slope that has access by a double chair that runs all day, and does not require a lift ticket. We had a more advanced group head up to hit the more challenging terrain up top, and another that enjoyed the leisure of the double chair who didn't want to spend the 115 lift ticket. Perfect set up for a diverse group of skiiers/snowboarders. Snow conditions were A.

Just what we expect from Jay Peak

True ski-in ski-out, 5 steps from the slope and about 100 meters from Village Chair. The unit was clean and is fully equipped. The master suite's gigantic. There is a second bedroom on the main floor and two more in the basement, along with a second living room with a large playing area for the kids. All the cottage-style comfort, plenty of space, lots of snow, nothing fancy.Communications with the host were easy and organized.

Perfect Jay Peak Ski Condo

We really loved this place. First, the location is awesome. Right off Racoon Run and about 90 seconds from the tramside base by car. We had all of Jay easily accessible. Second, it's a great layout for two families with four kids. Lower level has a bunk room with a separate bedroom and then a living room just for the kids. Great main level and massive master bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. This really is a very large 4 bedroom, not like so many ski country condos where they've squeezed four bedrooms out of a 3 bedroom or worse, a two bedroom! Third, it has all of the amenities you need. Plenty of TVs, pots and pans, etc. This may be the perfect Jay Peak Condo!

Comfortable true ski-in/ski-out townhouse

My family of 8 had a great stay at Village Townhouse 202. We ranged in ages from 8 to 84, so it was great to have Raccoon Run and the Village Chair lift literally outside our back door. Everyone could head out to ski when they wanted to each morning and come back when they were ready for lunch. There was more than enough space for all of us. We loved that there were enough chairs around the dining room table for all of us to eat together and enough couch and chair space on the main floor for all of us to comfortably watch TV or just hang out together. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast together each day and dinner a few nights during our stay. The driveway easily fit the two SUVs we had rented. We did use the free shuttle offered by Jay Peak during our stay and that was very convenient. They picked us up and dropped us off right at our front door. And I cannot say enough great things about Susie, the property manager. She responded to emails in a timely manner and was easy to work with. She was very accommodating and made sure we had a great stay. We'll be back!

Perfect Ski in/out location at Jay

Our group had an amazing time staying at Susie’s Ski In/Out at Jay. The location and setup really can’t be beat. The Village Chair is literally right next to the unit. It is also huge with plenty of space to accommodate large groups like ours. On top of that, the unit is equipped with not only a washer and dryer but a sauna, too. Even though it rained our first day, being able to ski back, throw our gear in the dryer, grab a quick bite to eat, and warm up in the sauna in between runs made the rain just a small inconvenience rather than ruining the day. This setup was also perfect for those in the group who were more novice skiers. While the advanced skiers could keep going on runs, others had the option to come back and hang out without having to wait for everyone at the lodge. This unit is also walkable to the Tram side lodge and water park which also made it very convenient for those who wanted to go to the water park and for the group to meet up and get dinner at the end of the day. The check in was incredibly easy and Susie was highly accommodating with check in/out times for our group. On top of that, Susie was quick to respond and provided detailed information to make our experience as seamless as possible so instead of focusing on the logistics, we could focus on the skiing instead.
