I live in Los Angeles, but I fell in love with Desert Hot Springs. It is very quiet. I am in Real Estate by trade, selling homes in both LA & in the Coachella Valley Desert. I really love homes and hosting. My house is your house! I also love dogs. This is a great property to escape to with your fur babies to allow them to have space in the big walled in back yard.
Why they chose this property
The property is located in the Miracle Hill section of Desert Hot Springs. The underground mineral spring that’s been flowing down Miracle Hill for hundreds of years reaches the surface at Two Bunch Palms’ award-winning hot mineral springs grotto. The low-sulfur, lithium-rich waters make for an incomparable therapeutic soak. The history - Miracle Hill, because at its core, there are hot curative mineral waters, on the other side cold water. Miracle Hill is not sedimentary, but was thrust up out of the earth’s surface in ancient times. Round about it are beds of red clay and blue clay from which indigenous people made pottery. There are rocks, building sand, good earth, and desert soil, all of which is reason for the name “Miracle Hill”.

This property is unique because of its easy access to the day spas in the area. Being located in the "spa zone" just calls out for a relaxing time. We are also so close to casino's, Joshua Tree, shopping outlets & Palm Springs.
