ABOUT THE HOME: A stunning coastal home loaded with unique design elements located in the 30A community of Dune Allen. 30A Beach Bliss has three floors of spacious rooms, indoor and outdoor entertainment areas with four (4) King Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a Bunk room that sleeps four (4). This home can comfortably sleep twelve (12) people and there's an additional sleeper sofa for two more. An interior elevator accesses all three floors making this the perfect home for multi-generational families or multi-family gatherings by the sea. There is a splash pool off the second floor living room with ample outdoor seating and a covered dining area too. There's also a cozy area with a sofa and fireplace. The outdoor covered ground floor area is an entertainers dream space. It has a expansive living room with a large flat screened tv, fireplace, dining room and kitchen that includes a sink, mini fridge, and gas grill. Rain or shine, you'll be fine.
ABOUT THE AREA: Dune Allen can be described as laid-back old Florida. With miles of trails, five coastal dune lakes and sprawling beaches, it's a nature lovers dream. Just a short drive to Gulf Place shops, makes it perfect for families who don't like the crowds and restrictions of other 30A beaches yet close to it all.
BEACH ACCESS: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is the closest beach access. It's right across from Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant. (5999 W Co Hwy 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459). This beach has restrooms, parking, a lifeguard station, and is ADA accessible. A little further to the East on 30A is Fort Panic Regional Access. This beach is also ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguard.

• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
