Enjoy easy access to everything in World Famous Downtown St Pete from this perfectly located One Bedroom Studio Apartment! You will not be disappointed! Aside from all the fun things to do while in downtown, you will find the space is full of vibrant colors, neon lights, and funky decor for a cheerful atmosphere while on your getaway!
This cute and quirky condo will be your home away from home during your stay! You will find balconies both on the front and back of the unit where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Just footsteps to the World Famous Downtown St. Pete (DTSP), my home is perfectly centrally located to all of St. Pete's finest attractions. Whether looking for great food, easy access to Downtown Nightlife, Concerts, Events & Conventions or simply want to enjoy the best living experience St. Pete has to offer during your stay, This is the place to be!
Concerned about parking? You will have access to a parking pass that will allow you FREE PARKING on the street anywhere in Zone 1B surrounding the condo. Parking is never hard to find.
With being only two blocks off Central Avenue, you can enjoy all the action Downtown St. Petersburg has to offer or spend a quiet night at the condo. Only 5 to 10 minutes walking to all concert venues, Museums, Shopping and awesome Restaurants! A few minutes to North Bay trail giving you access to amazing waterfront vistas and dozens of parks. Only 20 minutes from Tampa Airport and easy access to the interstate. Uber, Lyft, Coast bike share, The trolley or simply walk because everything is close!
There is a digital kiosk my guests will have access to that has plenty of information on things to do and places to eat. The Kiosk also includes property information and other services you can access.
- This property is not suitable for children under 12.
- Do not engage in any illegal activities.
- Only confirmed guests are allowed in the unit.
- Please no shoes in the condo.
- Not suitable for children under 12
- Exterior security cameras are for management purposes only.
- Animals are not allowed at this property for any reason.
- Please refrain from frying fish or cooking other pungent foods during your stay.
- No smoking policy is strictly enforced: A Fee of $300 will be assessed if a smell of smoke of any kind is detected inside the condo upon departure.
- Failure to return the parking pass or property keys will result in extra charges ($100 for the pass) ($35 for the keys)
- Late check out for longer than 15 minutes without permission will result in a fee of 1/2 the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.
