The views are phenomenal! Shell Point is a serene and peaceful golf cart community with a public boat ramp and public beach access. The area is full of different sea life and wildlife. The local Firehouse also serves as the community center and events are scheduled each month. The home is just a few minutes from Wakulla Springs State Park, the Wakulla and St. Marks Rivers, the St. Marks Lighthouse and Wildlife Refuge, the Seineyard Seafood Restaurant and the Wildwood Golf Course.
