Quiet, peaceful home on a private half-acre in one of Dripping Springs' original neighborhoods. Located less than a mile from downtown Dripping Springs and Mercer Street. Close proximity to dozens of wineries, breweries and distilleries along with numerous wedding venues and beautiful Pedernales Falls State Park. We are about a thirty minute drive to Downtown Austin, Austin International Airport or Lake Travis. This is a great location to explore The Hill Country!

Very quiet

We had a great stay. Brenda was promt with messaging and very accommodating with any special requests. We were here for a wedding and it was a great location for all the wedding venues.

Excellent home!

We were in Dripping Springs to attend my granddaughters wedding. The house was in a perfect location, near the wedding venue. The house itself was very welcoming, comfortable for all of us. We all enjoyed our stay and give it the very highest rating!

Great! Cozy and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and cozy, well stocked for sure! We were checked on to make sure we were warm enough in the cold weather. The host was very communicative during our stay when we had questions and we could not have asked for a better trip! Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our one night stay as we attended a wedding. Perfect location close to everything in dripping springs, clean & spacious house that was stocked with necessities. Worked perfectly for our group of 6! Would absolutely stay here again if in the area

Excellent Vacation Home

We didn’t expect such a nice house on a quiet street with Christmas decorations inside and out. Everything we needed was there. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Very cute town + house

This was a really fantastic find. The house was really perfect for a toddler with no steps and open space. The location in Dripping Springs was perfect for the wedding we attended. Only suggestions—maybe putting up some curtains in the master bedroom. It can be really bright. The other issue was that the neighbors were revving their cars at all hours of the night, which shone their headlights into the room The only complain we had was that the thermostat was locked with heat at 56 degrees. It was freezing the weekend we were here and it would have been appropriate to have the heat higher, especially with a toddler.

Cozy little house

Wonderful stay at this lovely home. We were in Dripping Springs for a wedding. This was the perfect place for our family to relax during downtime. Convenient to the venue and to dining, pharmacy, and grocery store. Clean, beautiful, and roomy. Felt very safe. Would love to stay again some time. Excellent experience.

Perfect spot!

This was a perfect place for our family. Came for the Singer Songwriters Festival and this property was just a short distance away. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for 5 adults: kitchen is wonderful

My family (5 adults) came in for one night for a family gathering in Dripping Springs. It was perfect for all five of us. Kitchen is very large and we were able to all hang out together in that area. Very close to downtown Dripping and lots of things to do. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Excellent Stay

All the comforts of home and more! We were very impressed with this house, even better than the pictures and description. The kitchen is wonderful and so well stocked! Anything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and there were many extra blankets, pillows, quilts etc. available. The hosts responded immediately to anything that we needed and were so friendly! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Dripping!

We truly enjoyed the space and cleanliness of the house. The proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. We would have loved to stay a little longer and enjoy the Hill Country and Dripping Springs. We will definitely be back soon.
