Work Space: Semi-private and can convert into a third private sleeping area (sofa sleeper).

This 2-bedroom home is beautifully decorated and includes anything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Get outside and enjoy our peaceful backyard complete with a variety of seating options, bistro lights, and yard games.

Enjoy a beautifully brewed cup of coffee out on the back patio each morning, work in the office space featuring pieces of Memphis history, and kick back and relax watching your favorite movies/shows on the smart tv.

Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is located just 2 blocks from the University of Memphis campus in a safe, quiet neighborhood built in the1940s. Many of our neighbors are college students attending the University of Memphis. Because many of our neighbors are also renters, some of them take great pride in the maintenance of their yard and home, and some don't.

Security Cameras: There are security cameras mounted on the outside of the home at each entrance to the home. These cameras are not pointed in towards the home and are for security reasons.

Winter Break Getaway

The house met all our needs and was a grammar location to get around Memphis. Ashling was amazing with checking in and offering suggestions on what to do during our start.

The house was exactly as described. Very easy and promptly communication with owners. Zero surprises. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and mostly private place to stay.

Great stay in Memphis

We enjoyed our stay in this Memphis home. The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. I loved the decor and the outdoor space was inviting. The neighborhood is near the University of Memphis which means good food and shops were very close by. We enjoyed Memphis BBQ at Corky's. Our host Ashling was kind and super helpful. We absolutely would recommend this home in Memphis.

Cozy night in Memphis

Property was well maintained, just as advertised. Only knock was the area within Memphis though this may be personal and out of owner’s control. All in all a good stay!
