This three bedroom/two bath, plus family room, is surrounded by cedar, fir, and pine trees providing excellent seclusion and access to the forest.

Upper Level: The upstairs features a great room with the kitchen, living room, and dining room open to one another with cathedral ceilings and large windows for a bright feel. The deck has patio seating and propane BBQ. The master bedroom is upstairs providing a great working main level for people needing better access.

Lower Level: This floor features two bedrooms with a queen beds, hall bathroom, and an extra family room with bunk bed, arcade game, TV, and sitting area. A great area for a family to be able to spread out. The hall laundry area helps accommodate longer stays.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Amazing house for families

This place is perfect for large families -- or family friends -- looking to stay together. There are 3 bedrooms, plus a kids living area with bunk beds, a tv, and a video game console. The place was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, a washer and dryer for keeping the kids' clothes clean, and lots of toiletries. Plus, it's very convenient to Kings Beach and Tahoe City. Highly recommend.

Perfect place

We were there to celebrate our daughter’s wedding and the home was perfect. Invited family to dinner and had room for everyone to sit at the table. Outdoor space was excellent as well. Property management company checked in and offered to assist with a concern. Take the bear recommendation’s seriously.

Nice place to stay

If you are looking to stay somewhere nice and quiet and is located between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, this is the place. We came to Tahoe for a family vacation and overall, we had a nice stay here. There were a few things that stood out that we were not fond of. Because this rental allows pets, there was dog hair on the furniture. Also, the bedroom downstairs gave off a faint cigarette smoke smell even though there are signs throughout the property that say No Smoking. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great place for a family

Our family had a great getaway here. The kids LOVED the downstairs common room with the bunkbeds and the TV and arcade game. There was also a sled for use and a little hill behind the house. We also found a great neighborhood park (with a $5 parking fee) that has a lovely dog park and sledding hill just down the road. Thanks for letting us stay.
