The Space:
Located in the historic Blue Church Lodge, a Victorian-era style building steps away from Old Historic Main Street, this condo places you within walking distance to the town and the slopes! Inside the condo, you will find a space filled with a mix of vintage and modern charm with boldly painted walls and stylish decor, and three comfortable bedrooms each with its own private bathrooms providing enough space for you and your group of up to 6 to spread out and relax.
As you enter the home you will find a coat rack for storing your outdoor gear, a cozy table with seating for 3 directly to the left of the door, and the kitchen to the right. The charming kitchen features white countertops and cabinets contrasting against the stylish dark walls and wood panel ceiling to create a warm space. The fully equipped kitchen makes the most of its space with a full range of appliances and all the basic cookware needed to whip up a delicious meal. Just off the kitchen/dining area, you will find the chic living room, a space filled with modern decor creating an inviting space to relax. The room features warm wood panel walls and ceilings, modern built-in cabinets, and a large arch-style window creating an elegant ambiance in the space. Relax on the comfortable sofa while you enjoy a movie on the 55” TV, or snuggle up next to the corner gas fireplace while enjoying the views out the large window. The room is completed by two reading chairs, a side table, a coffee table, and an oversized rug. You are going to love relaxing and connecting with loved ones in this gorgeous room!
When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find the first bedroom located just off the living room. This cozy bedroom is filled with natural light from the large arch-style window and boasts a queen-size bed, a large dresser, and a sitting chair. Comfortably freshen up before bed in the attached full bathroom where you will find a large single-sink vanity with ample drawer and cabinet space, white tiled walls, and a step-in bathtub/shower combo with a modern sliding glass door. Head up the carpeted stairs, where you will find two more bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms. As you reach the top of the stairs, you will find the bedrooms located on either side of the landing. The bedroom to the right boasts a romantic vintage style with a queen-size bed in a black wood bed frame, a matching nightstand, a tall dresser, and a mounted TV. The room is filled with natural light from the large skylight-style window and includes an array of pictures and decor warming up the space. The attached bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a step-in shower/bathtub combo with a sliding glass door. Across the hallway is the third bedroom, great for sharing with a twin over a full bunk bed. This bedroom includes a mounted flat-screen TV, sconce lighting above the beds, and a chair next to the large window with views over the town. The attached bathroom is a bright room with white tile walls, a single-sink vanity, and a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door. All three of the bedrooms feature plush carpeting for added comfort.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. They also have access to the single parking space in the parking garage located across the street underneath the Blue Church Townhomes Building. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the lodge building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.
The Neighborhood:
Truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is within walking distance of both city and the slopes making it the ideal gateway for your adventures. It is located in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and is just one block from Main Street with its abundant shopping, dining, and entertainment offerings. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, so you can go from city to slopes in almost no time at all.
Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift which provides direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District.
Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.
Please note that there are three flights of stairs to walk up to access the unit.
Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.
The fireplace is temporarily unavailable until further notice.
Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Unfortunately, the shared coin-operated washer/dryer were moved out for replacement, and thus they are not available for the time being. The new machines may arrive in mid-October, according to HOA.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
