This quaint studio apartment is perfect for a couple or anyone traveling solo. Located less than a mile from Slide and the Marsha Sharp freeway, you can be just about anywhere in Lubbock in less than 10 minutes. Very convenient for TTU game days, parents visiting their kids at Tech or LCU, or anyone needing quick access to the Medical District. We're minutes from many of the best restaurants and just down the street from the best taco truck in the LBK.

A privacy fence separates this rear apartment from the rest of the property. The apartment has a new queen bed, sofa, and newly remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. We have a designated parking spot off-street with security lighting. A fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for anyone looking to whip up a quick meal.

Comfortable

This place has become a regular place for my family to stay when we visit. It is clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and perfect for weekend. The coffee, shampoo, iron board, iron, and blow dryer were unexpected and handy in a pinch.

Tech Fall Graduation

I almost don’t want to review this property, because I don’t want anybody else to know how great it is! It’s a perfect set-up for a couple. I could go on and on about the positives. To name a few would be location, peaceful, cleanliness, amenities, etc…. The only things I might request would be kitchen dish towels, make-up wash cloths, and a toaster. If available, we would gladly stay again.

Perfect Location for Hospital

My husband and I came to Lubbock for our twin grand girls birth. The location was perfect to the hospital and great restaurants were not far. The place was small, but good for two people. Checkin was easy and I didn’t need to speak with the host. We had all we needed for our stay.

Perfect for a Gameday Stay

Great little guest house

Wonderful, quiet, private little guest house. Easy to get to, great off street parking. Close to everything you need, restaurants, movie theaters, stores etc. Didn't get over 103 during our visit and the air conditioner kept the house cool and comfortable. Prompt responses for all questions. Needed to check in a little early and had to extend my stay an extra day, no problems at all. Would definitely stay here again! the the place

It was so cute and spacious for a two night stay! There was not a lot of maintenance at all! I would so recommend this place! The hosts were very communicative and informed us of everything we needed to know! Very convenient area as well!

It is just as presented on Vrbo. The bed was comfortable and the shower and kitchen was clean. The coffee pods and Keurig was a nice surprise.

Quiet Private Stay

The property is as described, quiet, clean, and great location. The only thing i want to point out is that the window A/C unit works well to keep the space cool but can be a little noisy if you are noise sensitive. Otherwise, it was a very good stay.
