Unfortunately we did not have a great stay at this location. We were under the impression that we would have access to all the amenities however that was not the case. We did not have access to the pool/hot tub for 3 days due to a pool fob card not being in the room when we arrived. The pool is a community pool and must be accessed with the pool fob to get in and out of the pool/hot tub areas. We had contact with the management but instead of coming to provide a key they told us to "make friends with others to get access to these areas." In addition the unit indicates that it has AC. This is only true for certain months and was advised of this after our 3rd day of our stay when the management finally arrived. They provided only two pool towels for 4 people and only 4 bath towels for a week stay. On the last night we put our kids to bed and they said the room had an weird odder. We checked it out and it smelt like propane. There was no propane attached to the unit so we called management and they advised us that we would be fine. Seems concerning when our kids then started to feel sick. A manager came down but let us know that it was just raw sewage and that we should just have the kids sleep in the living room. My son was so sick from the smell and stress of the event that his tummy got upset and he puked all over the living room. At that point we decided to not even stay our last night there. We were greatly disappointed in how we were treated.
