Welcome to our spacious waterfront home in Marathon, Florida Keys! Perfect for families, our home boasts ample space and amenities for a memorable vacation. Downstairs features three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with its own living room, while upstairs offers a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and two sets of bunk beds for the kids. Outside, enjoy the expansive backyard with plenty of shade and a large dock for your family's boat. Our home comes fully stocked with bedding, bath towels, beach towels, and essential kitchen and bathroom items. Conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores, with easy access to the bay and ocean for all your boating adventures. Each level includes its own washer/dryer and BBQ grill, and a bait freezer is available downstairs. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our home is centrally located in the heart of Marathon, ensuring a peaceful and convenient stay for your family.
