Completely renovated, Super clean, cozy beach home with a heated pool and steps to everything! Two bedroom condo in a great location! Just a short walk to the beach, parks, numerous bars, and restaurants. Two blocks towards the bay is a boat/kayak launch ramp and fishing pier. 96th street is walkable or just a short bike ride. This cozy condo is the perfect beach getaway for a small family or couple looking to enjoy the best of Avalon and Stone Harbor. Heated salt water pool is just steps from your door. Included in the stay is 4 beach tags, linens, designated parking spot, gas grills, beach chairs and umbrella, in condo washer/dryer, garment steamer, hair dryer, and Wi-Fi.

Lovely condo, just as advertised!

We had a great stay, and the location is unbeatable. There is a playground in the field right across the street, and the beach is a block away. Plus, there are enough restaurants nearby that you don’t have to walk to 96th street all the time. The place is super clean, cozy, and convenient. We loved the heated pool too, which is truly heated. We went in September and it was pretty chilly out but the pool felt like a bathtub! Check-in was quick and easy (I messaged the owner for the lockbox code and received a response immediately) and there is a dedicated parking spot in the back. We’d definitely rent here again!
