Loved it!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay!! The home was immaculate, very well stocked and had everything we needed!! The host even set up a birthday table for us! The claw machine was a hit for our littles!! We plan on returning next year!!

Poor housekeeping/ poor communication

Julie and Josh, This is Andy H. I rented your lake house this last week, August 24, 25 and 26. We enjoyed your place for the most part. The view and pool and hot tub and patio area... However, once I arrived Thursday I noticed the patio area, I.e. chairs, etc had cob webs All over them. That night my friend, Jessie found a scorpion in the sink of the main bathroom. Also, there were several hairs in one of the sinks of the master bedroom bathroom. The grass in the backyard was not mowed. One of the swivel chairs on the patio almost caused an accident because the nut came loose on the bottom. ( we fixed it) The master bedroom bed wasn't made properly. (No regular sheet) There were 2 entrees left in the oven for who knows how long that smelled up the place so we couldn't use the oven. Honestly, the place felt unkept! For the money I paid, I left disappointed. Charging people a lot of money for housekeeping when it's left in the shape it was this last weekend isn't right! . I don't know who does your housekeeping but if they worked for me, they would be fired! The above is what I sent to the owners. They chose an automated response instead of responding to my text as to not deal with the issues we had! I would Not recommend them at this point!
