Are you looking for the perfect getaway with friends and / or family? This gorgeous, private 3 bedroom / 2 bath pool home is centrally located in Seminole, Florida -- just a few minutes away from Redington Beach! The home is spacious, stylish, and comfortable. Enjoy the stunning backyard, laying by the large, beautiful pool, grilling, and playing pool with friends and family. Each bedroom has a brand new smart TV and comfy bed for a great night's sleep!!
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.
-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).
-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / garage.
-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.
-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.
-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock the doors when you leave the home.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
