Lovely Sun City Home in 55+ Community--Pools & Amenities Galore!
Relax in this peaceful community, complete with pools and fitness centers. Sun City is a 55+ community, so at least one renter must be over 55, and no renters can be under 18, per community rules. Full access to the rec centers can be transferred for a one-time $50 fee.
This lovely home has a luxuriously-spacious master suite, complete with double sinks, bidet attachment, and an enormous walk-in closet.
The second room has a full-sized bed, and the third room has a twin bed with a trundle bed underneath.
Just outside the spacious kitchen is a wonderful screened-in porch to allow you to enjoy the outdoor breezes without pests. There is also a spacious laundry room and a two-car garage.
